    Hi Meltinglady. I was confused too. Well this is what I did.......... I went into my fitday goals and made a carb goal minimun being 15g max 20g. tThen I set a fiber goal min-0g and max-1g which is what Mitzi recommended just so fitday will count the fiber. Now if I look at my fitday food page up by the fat/protien/carb chart it now shows fiber right below my carb percent. So then I just subtracted the two. Which gave me a few extra carbs to playwith. I sure hope I am telling u the right info and that I understood it right. :/
