Counting marinades
This is my 1st post and I'm very excited to have found this forum! Everyone seems so supportive and informative. I have a question regarding counting the carbs in marinades I am using. I am using a George Foreman grill and alot of the juices run off. Also, because I'm cooking several pieces of meat at the same time (for the family) I am not sure exactly how to calculate. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
