  • Pocket Sized Induction Guide + Food Diary!

    Hello everyone!

So I was at www.pocketmod.com today, trying to create a food diary. I thought to myself, "wow this would be great if it had an acceptable foods list!" and a light bulb went on my head.

    I made my own :]

I'm using this simply as a guide. I don't want anyone to misunderstand and think that this is complete; it is definitely not. It does not include all the acceptable vegetables (I left off the more uncommon ones and ones not readily available in my area). Please read DANDR or the website to get the full effect.

For folding instructions, please see www.pocketmod.com

    Enjoy!

    Hi Jeans!

This is very cool and easier to pack than the journal I write it all in each day. I can take this in even a small purse then put it back in the journal when I get home. Thanks!!!

Yeah, I really love it! And when I move out of Induction, it's easy to change the acceptable foods list to an encouraging message or anything like that :] Glad you like it, Deb!

BTW there is a 'wallet sized' foldable list here on ADBB that Tammy made for us - it was designed as an aide memoire as well as being something you could have to hand to any friends interested in getting starting.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Yep, I already checked that out, thanks! I made this one to include a food diary, so I remember to enter it into fitday when I get home from work.
