At last, I completed one week of induction. I won't lie and say it was a piece of cake. It was hard, but now, after completing a week, I am feeling much better, both physically and mentally. I have much more energy to run around my daughter. simple tasks that used to be very taxing are getting simple again..I climb stairs without huffing and puffing.. my cravings are under control, and I am eating smaller portions of food in general..
I still have the occasional craving for a hot cuppa coffee with milk and sugar..but I can survive without it ( decaf with cream and splenda doesn't simply work for me..It doesn't taste as good as the real thing!)
for the first time, my skin looks younger and clearer.. My face looks less puffy and I AM VERY HAPPY.
I haven't weighed myself yet. Tomorrow is my weighing day, and I will keep everyone posted...
