    Hello again!!

    Hello all you Inductioners, I'm an old face here looking to start again. induction today, and will follow it until August 30th. Before I decide whether to move myself into OWL, more than likely I will get my butt over to OWL by then. Wish me luck guys and dolls!

    It's nice to meet everyone here old faces and new, and see that everyone is still trucking along with it. I just want to wish everyone.....Good luck on your journeys!!

    Nice to meet you. I was on Atkins (and this board) about 4 years ago. Lost 50 pounds then went off plan and gained it all back. I've been back on Atkins about 6 weeks now. Lost 20 pouinds. I have about 100 pounds to go.
