Aloha! Yesterday I started my Atkins journey. About three years ago I followed Atkins religiously and lost 25 pounds. I have since maintained, yet fell off of eating properly. Thank goodness for working out otherwise I'm sure I would have blown up. Anyhow, I'm starting again in hopes to lose more and get down to a healthier weight. My initial goal is 20 pounds. While I know I need to lose more I need to make small attainable goals to start. Came here looking for support. I will need it to stay on track and will give it in return.
