    A cheese and ham omelette with lettuce, some slices of tomato and a sprig of parsley. The local café we go to garnishes almost every dish with a few slices of toms and the parsley sprig - even roast beef and veggies have their sprig of parsley on top.
    I think I am the only customer who eats the parsley, as Dr Atkins suggested it is good to help keep your breath pleasant!!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
