  • Confused about how to do Induction and still get rid of yeast

I start my Induction in the morning, wooohoooooo. My question is, I have bought cheddar cheese, cream cheese, eggs, and other "legal foods" that can cause feed yeast. What do I do? Do I just go buy the unfiltered apple cider and take oil of oregano, or should I just wait.

I am not sure how long it will take to clear up any yeast problems, but cheese and eggs keep safely for a fairly long time in the fridge or can be eaten by others in the family while you eat according to how you need to do to sort out your body.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

You don't have to eat cheese to do induction.

You can eat eggs in a yeast free diet.

The way you'd go about it is eating high fiber/carb count veggies from the "salad" list like peppers and jicama (don't even bother with lettuce) and 1 cup from the "other" veggie list, like pumpkin. Then, eat your meats. Don't use processed meats or canned veggies. Use fresh or frozen only.

In my opinion, this is very healthy and will get you good results. Lots of olive oil on your veggies and eat fatty cuts of meats.

Then, after the first two weeks, hit the veggies HARD, start adding them in aggressively, but don't add other foods. The fiber from the veggies will be very beneficial for you and help add bulk to your diet. Not to mention the much needed fiber, and vitamins and nutrients.

I take a probiotic in addition to the oil of oregano for yeast.
