Hey everyone,
I was wondering about the amount of eggs we can eat. I eat them everyday so I try to eat the egg whites 4-5 days and whole eggs 2 days a week. Does it matter? I know that I should be trying to up my fat but if i eat 2-3 whole eggs a day wouldn't that bring my cholesterol up? Just wondering
