Well, I have just completed day one of induction
and completed the fitday food log for the day. It came out good which is reassuring. I seemed to spend A LOT of time cooking, measuring and preparing food which I hope will decrease as I get the hang of it.
I am stunned that at no time today did I feel hungry AT ALL--it seems like I ate more than normal. It is hard to believe that this way of eating will cause weight loss. I did weigh and measure myself
before breakfast this morning and will not weigh again until December 15th and hopefully it will be good news.
It was rainy all day today so my exercise plan (walking 2 miles) was scrapped but I did spend about 45 minutes vigorously dusting and vacuuming
and worked up quite a sweat so I guess that counts.
Fat: 127G (66%)
Protein: 128G (30%)
Net Carbs: 17G (4%)
Calories: 1750
Water: 93
ounces
DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup--2 tablespoons
And, best of all NO ALCOHOL
(of course, there is still the mouthwash in the bathroom if I get really desperate
)
Thanks to all of you who post regularly on here for providing great info and inspiration and especially a huge thanks to those who have welcomed me on the introduction board. I think this site is awesome and I feel so lucky to have found it.
