Okay, on the Atkins website, it lists the Induction okay veggies. I am right to think the first list is 2 cups and the second list is 1 cup. Is that cooked or un-cooked. I haven't gotten the book yet so I am going purely by internet. Thanks!
Not all veggies are ok for induction. Stuff like potatoes, carrots, etc have high glycemic value and can spike your blood sugar. I didn’t know that when I was doing Atkins and was treating carrots like any other veggie.. WRONG.. it is not!
