I'm starting Atkins again. I went through a time period of doing low calorie and low carb, then just low calories, then just low carb, then the holidays...(hehe), then I tried to get back on track and had a little sucess. And now I'm ready to start again. I'm at 145 and I'm trying for 130 or as many inches as I can get. I'm aiming for Feb. 14th. (easy date to remember lol) It seems plausable. This time I'll be working out, something I didn't do last time. But, I have been for a while now and decided to go back to Atkins for the last 15 pounds.
I was really bad today, which depressed me at first. But, now I've switched it around and used it as motivation to do better.....ok, so I'm still a little depressed. lol I mean come on, I've eaten close to 3000 calories today. That's pretty d*mn bad.
But, I only at 600 yesterday. (not that that really evens it out)
But anywho, long story short...I'm getting started again and I can't wait.
