    Re: Pumpkin

It certainly is - on the 'one cup' list!

We cant get plain pumpkin in cans over here (only the pumpkin pie filling which has sugar in it) so I have never had it, but many people eat it sweetened or with added spices with some cream cheese or cream added to bring the fat content up .
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        Re: Pumpkin

I LOVE pumpkin pie so I take 1 cup (or a little less) of canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) and add 1 serving splenda (though I usually mix liquid sweetener and powder splenda for the best taste) then add 1 oz cream cheese, few dashes pumpkin pie spice to taste and a little speck of butter to round it out.

Pumpkin pie never tasted so good. Oh and if you want to get absolutely sinful, add a small dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top! I havent done that yet but I may give it a try next time i make this.

1)melt the creme cheese in the microwave then add 3 packets of splenda to it

          4) makes 6-12 cupcake pies or 1 big round pie pan pie. Cook on 350 until toothpick comes out clean. It took mine 40 minute for big pie. Am trying cupcaks next time.
