fajita salad

Just went out to lunch, and I ordered a fajita salad at cielito lindo. They dont have a website and I am beside myself. I ordered it with no beans and no shell and so it came with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole chicken, beef and a little bit of sour cream. But the thing is I could taste the flavoring on the meat. I still ate it because my husband was upset about me sending it back or asking any questions, but now I am so mad, because of all the hidden things that restauraunts put in there stuff. I guess I could have done worse.

It sounds like to me that you made the best choice.. There may be hidden sugars and there may not be... Try not to let it upset you and drink lots of water..
