  • Ready to start

    I've done the research.

    I've read the book.

I've thrown out all my junk food.

I've gone shopping for all my "legal" foods.

    I think I'm ready.

I weighed myself with my new scale and I was surprised to find I had already lost some weight since my last doctors appointment.

I'm starting this diet weighing 405lbs.

I'm a bit worried about my will power, but I am excited. I'm giving up the junk food and moving on to steaks and burgers. The hardest part for me is probably going to be giving up milk. I drink about a gallon every day.

Well, I'll post updates as the week goes on. I'm sure I will be in need of some support! lol

I just wanted to thank everyone here for the inspiration to do this and they time people have put compiling so much valuable information.
