Well, I'm back. It's been a few years since I was on this forum. At my heaviest, I was at 250 pounds. Today, I'm at 195. I lost the weight through low-fat dieting and exercise, and a bit through Atkins. But the fact is that my body loves carbohydrates, and I still have another 20 to 25 pounds to lose, and low-fat dieting isn't doing the trick. So...here I am.
I'm doing it with a friend, and this time, I'm doing it right. However, he's already in ketosis (according to the stix) after only two days. Me? My stick is still pink. I'm concerned.
