Jello made with artificial sweeteners like aspertame or splenda instead of sugar.

Just in case anyone is not sure
Jelly in UK = Jello in USA
Jelly in USA = Jam in UK
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

It just means that no one has posted to the thread in a while so it's moved way down the page or onto page 2 etc. So they do a bump post to move it back onto the top of the front page.

I just made these and they are the best! I am going to have to be very careful not to eat too many of them. I also used pre-cooked bacon so I didn't have to microwave it first. It is still flimsy enough so you can wrap around the pepper.

              4 jalapeno peppers
              2 oz cream cheese
              3 oz aged cheddar
              1/4 tsp garlic powder
              1/4 tsp onion powder
              8 slices bacon

Cut the jalapeno's in half and scoop out seeds and membrane. You may want to use gloves for this. The heat is in the membranes and seeds so if you want it hotter then leave some in. Set aside.

Mix cream cheese, aged cheddar cheese, garlic and onion powder together. Stuff into the jalapeno's. Microwave bacon for a couple of minutes just to speed up the crisping process. Then take a piece of bacon and starting on the bottom wrap it around the jalapeno. You should end on the bottom as well. This will help hold the bacon down.
Do the same with the rest. Set on a cookie sheet (put tinfoil down for easy cleanup). Bake for approx 15 min at 350 and then broil for 1-2 minutes...watch carefully. Enjoy!

Tried the Revoultion Rolls for a hamburger bun today. Was pleasantly suprised how much they made me not miss the real bun. Today was my first day to make these and I will certainly make it again.

This is a recipe from Linda's site as written. I use 4 cups of broth because I like it and my broth comes in a 4 cup container.

                  TUSCANO SOUP
                  1 pound Italian sausage
                  1 small onion, diced, 2 1/2 ounces
                  2 cloves garlic, minced
                  3 cups chicken broth
10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
                  1/2 cup heavy cream
                  Salt and pepper, to taste
                  Freshly grated parmesan cheese, optional
Remove the sausage from its casings, if necessary. Brown the sausage in a 4-quart soup pot along with the onion and garlic; drain fat. Add the broth and undrained spinach; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add the cream and simmer a few minutes until the cream is heated. Season to taste. Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese over each serving, if desired.
We had this for dinner tonight and it was delish. My family had bread with it- but I made some of the cheese crisps and they were PERFECT with the soup.

Big Willy's Gumbolia 12 carbs for a big huge pan of food!

This stuff is the bomb I been eating it 3 days in a row now..

1 pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs (usually 6-10 thighs)

1 pack of italian sausage (make sure it has no sugar in it! I buy the fresh kind made by the deli at my local western family market)

1 Can of hunts all natural diced tomatoes (8 carbs for 1 whole can)
1 can of mushrooms (bout 4 carbs for a small can)

Throw in some olive oil and butter in a pan and fry up the chicken until it is golden brown then cut it up in the pan into bite sized peices. Throw in the pack of sausage and cook it with the chicken. Sprinkle to your taste garlic salt on the mixture. Throw in 1 can of hunts dices tomatoes and mix. Pour in about 1/4th cup of crushed red pepper flakes. Stir some more...throw in the mushrooms. Let simmer for about 10-15 min for the flavors to all mix.

Enjoy this stuff is the bomb!

Next time im going to throw in some shrimp with it and maybe some scallops!

How many servings do you get out of that big pot?

I have been making something similar to Big Willy's Gumbolia but I have been adding frozen spinach and cauliflower to it at the end it makes an even bigger pot full and is very satisfying.

Go to search and type in flaxseed cookies. You will get more information on flax the negatives and positives that members have discovered about flax. I don't believe it is something to be used on induction.
