OK, Since I am new here switching from the SB WOE I am beginning with a Clean Induction..I am going to prepare Baked Chicken for lunch. I was wondering about some seasonings I have and needed to find out if they are OK for atkins? Also...do I need to count carbs for the chicken or can I eat as much as I want of it? I have the following seasonings, can I use them or are they a no no: Lemon Pepper, Rotiserre (sp?) Seasoned Salt? Can I use any of these? If so do they count for carbs?
