It's my 10th day on Induction and I still feel good and actually feeling better!
I go to gym everyday, doing cardio and lifting weights... I know that I should be taking my measurements and weigh again on the 8th of September (after 14 days) but I joined "Weigh NO Way Challenge".... I haven't weighed since last Friday, but still I can feel my smaller clothes fitting in... What should I do then, weigh on the 8th or comply with the challenge?
