WEigh on the 14th day or Weigh no way (challenge)?

  • WEigh on the 14th day or Weigh no way (challenge)?

    It's my 10th day on Induction and I still feel good and actually feeling better! I go to gym everyday, doing cardio and lifting weights... I know that I should be taking my measurements and weigh again on the 8th of September (after 14 days) but I joined "Weigh NO Way Challenge".... I haven't weighed since last Friday, but still I can feel my smaller clothes fitting in... What should I do then, weigh on the 8th or comply with the challenge?

    Hi! I am in the same boat really - but I have decided to weigh at the end of Induction - but until then and after then stick to the challenge - I would like to know for the science part of it all really so thats what I decided!

      Cool! Thanks LadyBethny... I was actually planning to do the same thing but I thought I needed to hear from others. Let's hope for our best on our day 14.

          Maybe if you have someone else who can look at the scales and make a note of the weight without letting you see it? Then you will still be able to say you didn't look at your weight before the challenge is over
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

            Thanks Elizellen! I live alone and weighed myself at the start at 6.30 in the morning before work!!!! My best friend loves me, but not sure that much! I might just wait until the Saturday!

              your fearless leader is saying that if you step on the scale on those days that you aren't suppose to, you'll mess up the challenge. remember, the number is not the challenge. the challenge is staying off the scale. unless you have a dr.s appointment and they have to weigh you, stay true to the challenge.
