  • How does this look?

    These are my %'s from Fitday for the last two days...

    Fat 71%
    Carbs 4%
    Protein 25%

    Fat 65%
    Carbs 3%
    Protein 32%

    I'm only eating 1400-1500 calories a day though! How can I increase the calories without getting too many carbs or protein? I'm adding butter to my food. I scrambled my eggs in the bacon fat this morning. It still doesn't seem like enough!

    1500 calories a day is not too bad, you can eat more if you are hungry. Your ratios are fine, what 'doesn't seem like enough?' If you need snacks, deviled eggs and celery with cream cheese are great!

        No, if you were posting something like 1000 or something I would tell you to eat more. I think one day I ate an almost exact 'out of the book sample' induction menu and 1500 calories was right about what it came to, and my tummy was perfectly happy.
