Hey guys!
Well I haven't had the time to sit down and figure out posting pics and making weight loss charts so I'll just have to give you my stats. But just wanted to check in to introduce myself and hopefully get encouragemnt down the road when I'm sure I'll need it. I've done Atkins in the past but always thought of it as a quick fix and lost 15-20 pounds in a month the two times I've used this way of eating. I guess I've finally admitted to myself that the way I ate before just doesn't cut it and that my body is never going to magically adjust and allow me to eat all the carbs I want. So I'm back to the WOE and hoping to continue with it even after goal. I just started, today is actually my one week annivesary and I would LOVE to fill you in on if I've lost weight but I actually haven't weighed myself yet. The one thing I've changed this time around is drinking a lot more water. My goal is 100oz per day. I've realized that this is much easier when I'm at work sitting at a desk versus the days I'm off work but I'm trying. I think 100 oz is the perfect amount for me. One day I was just curious how much I could fit in and drank 164oz and lets just say I was up in the middle of the night lol. So needless to say, 100oz is okay by me.
