  • In my fridge...

Are not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4...count 'em 4... 1 1/2 inch thick ribeye steaks fresh from the butcher. I am giddy for tomorrow, cause I came home late, and evidently grilling at 10:30pm is a no-no? Not sure about that.

Anyhow, one of those steaks is on the menu for each of the next four days. I've been craving a good steak, so now it's time to lock and load.

A little seasoning, a little romance from the grill, and dinner will be served.

So what should I throw on the plate next to them? I was thinking some green beans and a nice baby spinach salad? Maybe something steamier...like mixed veggies. I'm open for debate and discussion here. So tell me...what goes on my plate next to the steak? I need four different choices, so help me out!

Ah heck! This is a no-brainer for me! (Good thing, because it's late and I'm blonde. )

spaghetti squash w/ butter, cracked pepper and parm cheese.
    steamed seasoned broccoli
    baby spinach salad- I like.
    sauteed mushrooms for the steak.

    I say go ahead and . I do/have/would!

Fresh asparagus sauteed in olive oil with garlic.

Summer squash and onions sauteed in REAL BUTTER.

          Fried cabbage in bacon grease.

OK, that's it. We're having ribeyes for supper.
