Another great day of eating, No sugar free jello which is huge for me to go two days in a row with no jello, I'm addicted to the stuff but I did just fine without it.
I keep having these feelings like i'm never going to be able to eat any candy again if I want to meet my goal and it's making me sad especially with Halloween and Christmas coming, but i'm going to try my very very best to stay in control during Halloween. In fact i'm turning off the lights and not buying candy.
So here is my menu for today, let me know what you guys think:
Breakfast:
1 Egg
1 Egg Bread (egg, cream chese, baked into a bread)
2 pc. Bacon
Snack:
Cheese stick
1 Egg Bread
Lunch:
4 Hot wings
1 cup Collards
Snack:
Salad
Dinner:
In and out double burger (no bun or sauce) just meat and lettuce
