Hi Board

I am so excited about my dedication and the way i'm feeling. I have energy I am eating great, i'm working out. I'm just feeling so hopeful that I will make my first goal of loose size 14's by the end of the month. That gives me 3 weeks to keep up the good work.

I AM SO EXCITED AND JUST FEELING GREAT!!!!

Thanks guys, I really just feel happy right now. I feel like finally I am making progress and I know that may seem a little stupid after just a few days but I am so encouraged.

At night when i'm dying for something bad I think of how much "badder" (LOL) I want to fit into those pants and have them fit me loosely. I am so sure that I will be able to do that. I'M SO SURE AND IT MAKES ME GITTY. HE HE HE

It's not stupid - it's awesome!! It's great to follow a program that works pretty much as advertised, no?

The day I fit into a 14 (I'm a loose 16 now) I will also be giddy!

Skepkita I know we both will make it to a loose 14, I don't have any goals after that that I even speak out loud because I first want to make that goal and then i'll worry about anything else. But right now i'm aiming for those 14 and I have tunnel vision.

I'm extremely excited for you! When you get your hand smacked a little bit, it's easier to run away or just give up. You're doing great, and you're right, those pants are way more important than any late night snack food!

Tycowboy, I appreciate the tough love you and the others gave me it helped me to get my rear in gear and now my rear is getting smaller.

Great job fluffy girl!!! My size 16's are way loose and are starting to fall down ... But the 14's fit but are a little too tight lol but hopefully by next month I will be rocking 14's and so will you!! Good luck and congrats

I want mine to fit this month. The last day of the month I will wear them I don't care how tight they are. Even if I can't breath i'm still going to wear them. LOL
