Hi Guys, as part of my new years resolution i have taken up a challenge to lose more weight than my mum we have holidays pland i march so a bit of friendly competition cant hurt.
My problem is i am very busy. I dont have the time to prepare some of these lovely recipies all over the place 5 days out of 7
i appreciate good food and do enjoy it as a special occasion but dont need it.
I can quite happily eat the same thing day in day out and want to have it simplified. but still want to maximise my success. i realise that this may appear to be sacrilige however
is there anything wrong with for example
150 g of cooked chicken/salmon or ham for breakfast lunch and dinner and 25 green olives as a daily menu
boring and functional I know but would this work ??
thanks

Things like fennel and celery are super easy to cut up and have ready. Best wishes to you as you continue on the program.
