Hi everyone,
I was wondering if others are experiencing some nausea. I've just fininshed week 1 of induction and have noticed that I've been rather nauseous the last couple of days. It's quite tolerable and a small price to pay for the lack of hunger I'm experiencing. Just wondered if others have experienced this and if it goes away in the later stages of Atkins. I take it as a positive sign ie. that my body is releasing fat.
