  • First Day Back and Feeling Hopeful

    Okay I've been on this way of eating before and when I was I lost a bunch of weight but I didn't do it right. I stayed on the induction through my entire time on the plan and wondered why I was getting bored with the menu choices. Long story short... I gained it all back and I'm disgusted with myself. I want to be healthy and I want to look good. The actual poundage isn't so important to me. Right now I'm a 20-22 and I'd like to get back down to a 14-12. I was at that weight before when I quit the way of eating, I know I can get down below that again.

    I've moved my mother in to my house with my family and she started the plan two days ago so I'm going to have someone in-house who is there to encourage me and keep me from falling off the wagon.

    I joined a gym today with my mom and we went and got new work out clothes with a draw strings so that when we regain our waist we can cinch it in and keep wearing them. We need to put reward system in place so we can give ourselves rewards for minigoals. I need to plan it all out on paper then I will post.

    I'm going to edit my siggy line as soon as my mom and I weigh ourselves and measure each other. I'm also going to post before pictures and put on a ticker. Tonight I'm going to take a shower, join a few challenges, and re read the DANDR.

    Anyway please feel free to comment. I need all the support I can get and need lots of hints to keep on the wagon from those of you who have made the lifestyle change for life.
