hi i live in australia and i have a query about bacon. my bacon per 100 grams has 1 gram of carbs in it.but on the ingredients it has added dextrose[tapioca] and sucrose . just wondering if the amount in the bacon would hinder my induction results ? . i only eat about 100 to 150 grams of bacon a day . thanku for any helps guys

The ideal is to use sugarfree bacon. Dextrose and sucrose are both sugars. Here in Asia, we don't have the food choices those in the US have. I use bacon that probably has sugar in it (the label is in Chinese so I don't know for sure) because without bacon and some of the other staples I just couldn't live with the monotony of Induction here in China.
I don't think the little bit of sugar would hurt you if you only have two slices a day with breakfast. BUT 150 grams is 5 ounces of bacon. That starts to add up to quite a bit. I would say restrict yourself to two slices a day to be safe.
