Alright this time is the time. I need to be held accountable. I noticed that when I do eat like sugar free jell-o i want more sugar. I am going to ride it through this time. I planned my meals. I will be here often in the next week.

It is interesting what we learn on this diet. I think the fact that some foods make us eat more is a very interesting lesson to learn. I learned that coffee and decaf makes me hungry. I had not realized that before. I just ate and ate. So now I am able to understand a bit better what is going on and control it a bit more.

I avoid aspartame (the stuff in sugar free jello) like the plague. I learned my lesson- if you eat too much of that stuff, or splenda, you will get a nasty headache, feel crappy, and will want sugar! Focus on whole foods. Fats occuring in meat and in butter when you cook your eggs are much more fulfilling to your stomach and your brain. The only sweetness I have is stevia in my homemade lemonade (water+splash of lemon juice+5 drops of stevia=yum).
I started induction yesterday, and have felt pretty tired as well. It shall pass! Get some rest, and drink tons of water!
