I found a great recipe which includes Flax and it says that it is an induction friendly recipe. Is flax really allowed during induction? If so how much in a day?
(In the book it says that u can have 1 tbs if u are constipated, but this recipe has 3 tbs- i prepared it with 2 and my stomach is not having these issues. I can't find any other info in the book )
