    Well, they are fat free, but those calories must come from somewhere.

    The candies have a glycemic index of 10 (per serving). That's quite high compared to the Induction foods.

    Isomalt is a sugar alcohol. Sugar alcohols can be either metabolized by your body, hence should be counted as net carbs, or not, in which case you'll spend your day in the bathroom... window wide open. I'm not sure which scenario is more appealing.
