One thing I did to myself in the past was expect to keep losing 9-10 lbs a week
I'm sure it's possible but I dont want you to get discouraged and quit if the rate changes. In the past I did, then comes the constant scale checking, then comes the post "I think I'm stalled what do I do"
Remember it's a life change, I've failed enough times that I am realizing this, it has to be for the long haul. There will be weeks you don't lose, then some weeks WHOOOSH 7 lbs are gone.
Keep measurements, take pictures, and think long term strategy.

I am on my 12th week of induction.Last several weeks I have lost 2 lbs weekly.But it is fat, not water or lean muscle.Also every week my clothes feel looser.Daily I have people come up to me and say wow, you've lost a lot of weight.That has only started in last two weeks,Amazing what that last 4 lbs has done for my appearance.Over 40 lbs lost so far.Enjoy 1-2 lbs per week.Up to you about staying in induction or moving up.Some can continue to lose moving up in carbs while others (me) fail miserably.Congrats on the 11 lbs.
