Does it really have 0 carbs, because I want to marinate som ribs in it, and I was just wondering if it is one of those things where it has 0.4 carbs, so they can list it as 0. Also, does anyone know where you can get bacon with no nitrates?

My favorites are Ken's thousand Island and Ken's ranch...

    Ken's Foods

Looking at the label, since it says 0 sugar, it might just be 0 carbs...

if you look at the ingredients on the link msanjelpie sent the 2 Caesar dressings I see
      have this in the ingredients:

The Lite Creamy Caesar has corn syrup
The Caesar says high frutose corn syrup
that's sugar in both of them

you have to read the ingredients to see what is in any product before you assume because they say 0 carbs and 0 sugar it's ok to eat. Check the ingredients on the bottle you have txnlady before you eat it

Carole is right. In the US, if the carbs are below 0.5 or 1 (can someone check?) the manufacturer is allowed to label the product as 0 carbs. That's why you always have to check the list of ingredients and not only the carbohydrate count.

I bought uncured no nitrate bacon and hot dogs at Trader Joe's this afternoon....but the ingredients on the hot dogs say "evaporated cane juice" and I missed it on the label...."evaporated cane juice" is fancy way of saying S U G A R!!!!! They just HAD to mess it up that way...disgusts me.

I'm with you Koober--evaporated cane juice--that's a tricky description of sugar

I once printed off a list from the 'net on all the different names for sugar for a presentation to a TOPs group. It was more than 5 pages long!
