I am not new to the forum but I have not been here for awhile. Last couple times I started out on this diet I lost interest after a few days and went off. I have gone from 186 LBS with 15% body fat to 220 LBS and I hate it. So I am very motivated right now. I have lost my atkins book (looked for it this A.M) so I am kind of lost
A week ago today I started and today I am still in full swing. I have reisited temptation time and time again. Day 7 and my sweet cravings have pretty much gone.
I have some questions regarding my stage in the diet.
1) I am on over nights this week. i am working 18:00 (6 P.M) to 06:00. At some point I am gonna need some caffeine. I am not a coffeee drinker but I was figuring a diet coke might help. Is it OK to indulge while i am only at my 7th day ?
2) What can increase my carb intake to after my 14 day induction. I know induction is 20 per day.
3) A saw a recipe somewhere one time I did this diet which was ricotta cheese with some splenda vanilla extract and almonds is that ok in first week ?
