Okay I just got my Atkins catalog in the mail and there is so much yumminess in there!!! A lot of the stuff says whether it's safe for induction or not.
Honestly, I'd probably only eat certain things and most of the time on induction or not, but I'd be eating them to avoid fast food places.
So what's the lesser evil, Atkins bars or 2 plain hamburgers from McDonalds??
