I have lost over 35 pounds dieting and exercising various ways ( i get bored to easily so I had to mix it up ). Lately I can't seem to get rid of these last 5 pounds so I am trying Atkins again. I work out religiously 7 days a week ( I follow a strength training program 5 days a week and run 3 miles almost every other day and during strength training rest days ).
I eat 3 square meals. I am on my 4th day of Induction/Kekwick - I hope I spelled it right. What I mean is when im super hungry from lifting weights I eat rotisserie chicken with the skin and fat and everything else, I take a multivitamin a day every day, and on the days when I'm not so hungry I eat one cream cheese block(300 calories) wrapped in ham - almost like a ham/cream cheese hot dog? lol
Anyhow, any suggestions? Is anyone else struggling with those last 5 pounds? When I started Atkins again I actually fluctuated to 107 but then went back down to 104.6 ~ 105 lbs, must have been the sodium intake switch.
Comments: I am not drinking anything besides water. So my diet at the moment consists of rotisserie chicken with skin and fat, cream cheese and smoked sliced ham. Boring but I want to stick to a clean shot.
