hi. I just need some motivation. I am on day 10. I lost 7 lbs in the first 2 days. since then ...NOTHING. It is very frustrating to wake up everyday and nothing changes on the scale. SHould I keep going? Is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal.
A lot of us weigh once a week, no more...the scale can drive you crazy! Have you taken measurements? Weight loss is not linear...it goes in spurts (or whooshies). It is normal to not lose weight for a week or two (or three or four) at a time. A lot of the time, your measurements will go down even if the (evil) scale doesn't.Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009
