Re: When do you learn to "like" water?

I have never been particularly fond of drinking water and drinking water in the quantities we need (64 oz. +) leaves me feeling sloshy. I can hear and feel that water sloshing around when I press on my midsection.

I just drink the water because Carole says we need to do it and I believe her.

I also know, once I manage to down my quota, I can have something else.

Speaking from my personal experiences, I find that good bottled water makes a world of difference. Evian, Fiji, and Ethos top the list as my favs for most drinkable. Filtered water isn't bad or anything, but I didn't really look forward to water until I had those. Just tossing it out there. Bottoms up!

I've suggested elsewhere that people try different spring waters (NOT filtered tap waters) and mineral waters as some are softer than others meaning they have a more neutral taste. I also like Evian and Fiji a lot.
