    Hi Everyone!


    I'm feeling good, super motivated and I have a nice result on the keto stick. I haven't exercised today but I'm just lacing up my shoes now for a walk around the lake. 2.8 miles!

    I'm getting anxious for these weeks to fly by and for things to star moving faster. Late dinner tonight of blue cheese and bacon burger and a salad.

    I hope you're all feeling good, eating good, and staying positive!

    My thought for the day: "The only scale worth listening to is the one after 14 days."
