  • Completed 14-day induction!

    And I'm down 17lbs!

    I'm so happy. Still have a long way to go, but I feel much better and my diabetes is TOTALLY gone. Off meds, and #'s are in the 120 range after meals and in the 80s-90s at fasting.

    I love you guys! Thanks for all your support. Debating whether to do extended or just move onto OWL.

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
