    You're guessing right.

I haven't tried this (because I can't stand ranch flavored anything) but the recipe looks good.

Tired of chalky protein pasta and crumbling keto bread? Netrition taste-tests everything so you don’t have to. Low-carb pastas, keto staples, and performance-boosting supplements that actually taste delicious. Guilt-free indulgence starts here.

For dressing... I've been mixing Mayo with just a little bit of lemon juice, oil and vinegar. Probably about half a cup mayo with just about a tablespoon of the oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice and maybe half a tablespoon of the vinegar. I just put it in a little container and shook it up. I thought it was really good. And all the ingredients are approved!
I'm 26 years old, and I lost weight on this plan in 2005. I'm getting married in August and thought this would be the way to go after making little progress on other diets. I've got 20 lbs to lose for the big day!

All I know is that the book says that you can have dressing with 2g carb per serving or less. That's what I go by or else I'm gonna make myself nuts with ingredients.
