    Yep, you sure can.

    Ignore the sticks and just pay attention to the weight loss and the loss in inches. Congrats on the 4 pounds!

      Not everyone has the same reaction to being in keotsis....I never showed any color on the sticks so after many people told me to I finally threw the things away. There is no difference in color, medium or light or dark.....keotsis is keotsis regardless of color (it's like you're either pregnant or your not).

      If you have a headache that could be a sign of induction flu so take something for it (pain releaver), no reason to not feel well if there is something you can do for it! If you're down in weight you're probably in keotsis so don't worry about it.

      Stay off the scale, weigh yourself once a week or every other week....many of us weight once a month -- take your measurements and check them when you check your weight, you may not always loose pounds but you may be loosing inches.

      Make sure your drinking a MINIMUM of 64 ounces of pure water, nothing else counts according to the book - actually more is better!

        Well there is still color in my stix. I have become a stix and scale addict!!!!!! I need to stop!! Well my one week is up and I lost 8 lbs. Thats enough proof that its working so I am going to put my scale far far in the back of my closet and just pull it out every sunday to weight myself cause the thing is driving me crazy!!!

        The headache is mostly gone but comes and goes. It may also be my sinuses (they tend to act up in the 10 degree chicago windy weather) and give me headaches now and then.

        I have been really good with the water. I get atleast 89 to 90oz everyday although most of its in the evening..doubt that makes a difference. I also started to work out yesterday so hope that helps even more..

            I go back to work tomorrow after having 2 weeks off!! (UGH i dont want to do it) BUT I will be at my desk all day so it will be much easier for me to chug down the water throughout the day..hopefully I wont be running to the bathroom every half hour!

                Haha!! Good Call!

                Today is brutal. Only slept for 3 hours last night!!! Woke up with a bit of heartburn or chest congestion and am totally exhausted at work right now! God I hope I make it through the day... I have been up since 7:30 and now its 9:20 and I still need to eat my breakfast that I brought to work.. too sleepy and too early to do anything..

                  I know. This is one brutal Monday. Have some breakfast. You'll need the energy and your body will be happy and let go of some pounds for you.
