    5lbs down in a week.
    I'm well pleased with that as I'm usually a slow burner.

    Now here comes week 2....

      Wow!! A great start

      Keep up the good work

      Did you take measurements as well? sometimes those alter even if the scales don't so are a useful extra way to judge progress.

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
