  • Anyone have the List of Foods for Induction?

I have the list from the website printed and hanging on my fridge for reference but I have noticed people stating that isn't the list everyone here goes by. I do not have the book Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 so I don't know what list is the one I have to go by.

I am starting my 3rd day and by the time I have the time to go and buy it, which will probably be thru ebay, It will be too late.

Does anyone have the list handy on their pc or something that they can share with me so I can print it???

It would really help me out soooo much I would really appreciate it.

The pocket size that I saw on here is too small and when I enlarge it to print it distorts. Plus Is it complete?

When are you going to get the book? It's almost impossible to do Atkins without a copy.

Do you know what the "rules" of Induction are?

I bought a "used" hardbound copy on www.half.com 2 weeks ago - it cost me $1.05 and took 4 days to get to me. The book is invaluable for doing this WOE.

In addition to online you might find a copy of the version we follow (the 2002 edition) in charity shops (goodwill?) at a really cheap price too.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
