  • For the 100th time

Hey everybody. My last sign on date was July but i decided to come back. I am 20 years old and out of control haha. I have started atkins in the past and it worked great but then something happened where i spun out of control starting tomorrow (technically today) I am starting again hopefully for the final time. Just wanted to put it out there and I will post some starting pics tomorrow. I am 5'10 and currently weigh 248!! highest I've weighed ever.

I was in a car wreck when I was 17 putting me in a coma for 7 months I then gained 100+ pounds..... after doing tons of physical therapy to get me back on my feet i had lost some weight but going from 133 pounds to 248 is just horrible. So, it is now my goal to lose it... I don't care how long it takes as long as I lose it eventually. Just wanted to say hey . I am definitely going to need some support :P Wish me luck

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
