I use the dailyplate.com to keep my menu on track,I notice that I usually have 50-70g of fat and 130-150g protein per day,is it too much protein?
Here's my menu.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs/2 slices of lean turkey bacon(Oscar Mayer)
Cucumber 350g
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Decaff coffee/1 packer of splenda/2 tsp cream
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs
Liquid Egg White drink(made with pure egg white,no sugar in it)
Dinner:Chinese flowering cabbage/bok choy 250g
catfish or tuna fish 250g
Water:100-120oz
Exercise:jogging 45-60mins
I didn't drink enough water in the first round of induction,so I start over again,my period finally come,i think water retention is gone,I lose 2lbs only out of those 7lbs I gained before though.
