Crystal Light in H2O?

Is it okay to put them in your water, or does the H2O have to be taken straight?

Only water is water.

Read the last part of Ch. 12 in your Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution.

You "can" put CL in your water ... keep in mind that you're allowed 3 sweeteners per day, and each 8 ounces would be a sweetener.

And keep in mind that CL is a chemical soup ... and won't help you lose weight like plain water will.

Also, isn't CL sweetened with aspartame, which Dr. Atkins says to avoid anyway?

The powdered mix is sweetened with aspartame. The premixed bottled stuff uses splenda.

Oh, I never knew they had pre-made stuff, I'll look for that when I go shopping for groceries this weekend.

Drinking water instead would be better. There's still junk in CL, whether it's sweetened with sucralose or aspartame.
