  • Weigh in tomorrow

    Hi everyone! And welcome to everyone new (Id say hi individually by I am on a really bad dial up connection and dont have 10 hours to sit here lol) It has been a busy week, but I think I have done well! And no soda! YAY, that was the one thing I was worried about. Even better, I was never even tempted after the 2nd day. What a great feeling to not feel I HAVE to have one!

    Anyways, tomorrow is weigh in at work. I am hoping for a positive result. Even so, just the energy and great feeling I have had is enough of a positive for me.

    Congratulations on ditched the diet soda as well as staying on-plan with your eating

          a 5 lb. lose!! Yay me I was kinda hopin for a bit more with the amount I Have to loose, but 5 is great in my book!
