  • Almond Flour?

I've been on Atkins several times now but have never used this. Is it alright for induction?

    Re: Almond Flour?

It is made from almonds so it is OK when you get to rung 3 but not on induction.

Liz is right on, almond flour is the nut rung. What are you thinking about using it for. I used coconut flour once and unfortunately I didn't like it. What was I thinking, I don't like coconut flavor. LOL

Are you reading Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)? The Acceptable Foods List for Induction is in Chapter 11.

There's also a copy of it here...

What foods can be eaten on Induction?

... but I would suggest you read the book.
