What about veggies? That could definitely cause it. Good luck!

        We need some more information!

Take a moment and go up into your Profile and in the signature line let us know your age, gender, height, start weight/current weight/goal weight, and that'll give us something to go on.
Also, pop down into Review My Menu and read the sticky on how to post a menu and let us know what you are eating, including the times of day that you ate it.
That'll give us a place to start from.

You also want to read this:

From the little bit of info you give I have to ask where your veggies are as well...and I'm wondering if you are within the cheese limits too.

When you post your menu that'll be really helpfu.

I think you need to add more veggies to your day. This is what the Rules of Induction say re: veggies: "Eat no more than 20 grams a day of carbohydrate, most of which must come in the form of salad greens and other vegetables. You can eat approximately three loosely packed cups of salad, or two cups of salad plus one cup of other vegetables (see Acceptable Foods). "

            Hi there!
How much cheese are you eating? Remember on Induction you are limited to 3-4oz a day. As much as it may hurt I'd cut out the caffeine. Caffeine can cause unstable blood sugar levels in some people and Dr. Atkins said to avoid it. Try decaf and see if in the next few days you lose a few pounds.
            Are you exercising?
So far my weight loss has come in spurts. I have also lost 3 lbs and gained it right back the next day. It stayed a few days and went away again.
            Keep plugging away.

Maybe it is the cheese. Does the blue cheese dressing count as my cheese count??? I use a slice in am and sprinkle some on my salad and will also use if i am eating a burger or veggie i don't like and as snack ....

Again, once you've posted a menu we can look at the overall day and let you know what's going on. We need to see the big picture :yes

I'd like you to read this, and get yourself a free account at www.fitday.com...this explains how to use it, and knowing your ratio's will be of great help to you. :yes

Firstly, I'd say you are going over your cheese limit, so re-read DANDR about dairy in Induction and cut back. Cheese can be a staller.
I think that Kraft Deluxe Cheese is a cheese 'food' and not actually a cheese, right? You want to steer clear from processed cheese foods, and you want to ask 'bubba burger' (?) if that cheese is processed or not.

Also, half and half is not allowed, but you can use whipping cream in your coffee. Have you switched to decaf?

Make sure you are drinking your 64+ ounces of water a day as well.

So plug your foods into fitday and see what the numbers say...re-read DANDR and brush up on the Acceptable Foods List and food limits, and see what happens. :joy

What moochiecat said... plus... check the label on the bleu cheese. I would steer clear of any premade salad dressings because you never know what's in them. Check the label to see if there are any carbs in it. Some brands will add sugars to their dressing. Either way... bleu cheese dressing is not on the induction approved foods list (at least I don't think it is). And the Kraft cheese is probably a problem, too. If I had to guess, I think you're just eating too much cheese, and too much of the wrong cheeses.
I'm 26 years old, and I lost weight on this plan in 2005. I'm getting married in August and thought this would be the way to go after making little progress on other diets. I've got 20 lbs to lose for the big day!
